This product includes the reagents for 100 assays in a 384-well plate assay format including 0.400 ml of 10 x Buffer, 0.035 ml of 100 x UDP-MurNAc-tripeptide (UMAG-DAP), 0.035 ml of 100 x D-Ala-D-Ala, 0.035 ml of 100 x ATP , 0.010 ml of 1000 x E. coli MurF (5000 nM) and 5 ml of Dye for phosphate detection.
