This product includes the reagents for 100 assays in a 384-well plate assay format including 0.400 ml of 10 x Buffer, 0.035 ml of 100 x UDP-MurNAc-L-Ala (UMA), 0.035 ml of 100 x D-Glu, 0.035 ml of 100 x ATP , 0.035ml of 100 x S. aureus MurD (2000 nM) and 5 ml of Dye for phosphate detection.
