DXX12001 (2G8) reacts with 1,3 ß- glucan from Candida albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus and Criptococcus Neoformans and occasionally with ß (1, 6) -linked branching of a single glucosyl residue. DXX12001 (2G8) has been shown to be effective in multiple models of fungal diseases including vaginal and systemic Candida infection, invasive Aspergillosis and Criptococcus Neoformans.
