Sarilumab (Anti-Human IL6Rα, Human Antibody) is a human immunoglobulin G1 monoclonal antibody. Sarilumab, a interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor antagonist, binds to the IL-6 receptor with high affinity and inhibits cis and trans signaling by IL-6, resulting in reduced inflammation. Sarilumab can be used for the research of Rheumatoid arthritis[1][2].
