PRKX, Human (sf9, GST)

PRKX is an important serine/threonine kinase that mediates cAMP signaling and phosphorylates targets such as CREB, SMAD6, and PKD1. It regulates myeloid cell differentiation through SMAD6 phosphorylation, promotes nephrogenesis by enhancing renal epithelial cell migration and tubulogenesis, and actively promotes angiogenesis by affecting endothelial cell proliferation and migration.
