Sisunatovir
Sisunatovir (RV521) is a potent and orally active respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.4, 1.0 nM for RSV A, RSV B, respectively. Sisunatovir inhibits RSV infection and reduces virus titers in the lungs of mice[1].
