Ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate
Ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate (A 21960) is a Tn3 resolvase inhibitor, and inhibit synapse formation between resolvase and two directly repeated res sites. Ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate is commonly used in in vitro enzymatic experiments. Ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate inhibits the dehalogenation reaction by consuming intracellular GSH in yeast cells[1][2].
