R8605

R8605 is an inhibitor for PKC with an IC50 of 65 μM for PKC in rat brain. R8605 inhibits calcium/phospholipid-independent phosphorylation of protamine with IC50 of 70 μM and 100 μM. R8605 can be used in cancer research[1].
