Ethopropazine (hydrochloride)
Ethopropazine (Isothazine) hydrochloride is a potent and selective BChE inhibitor, a poor AChE inhibitor and a non-selective mAChR and NMDA antagonist. Ethopropazine hydrochloride has anticholinergic, antihistamine, antiadrenergic actions and properties. Ethopropazine hydrochloride alleviates thermal hyperalgesia in a dose dependent manner.
