CUL4A (N2) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
Rabbit polyclonal to CUL4A.CUL4A is the ubiquitin ligase component of a multimeric complex involved in the degradation of DNAdamage-response proteins. CUL4A is a core component of multiple cullin-RING-based E3 ubiquitinproteinligase complexes which mediate the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradationof target proteins. As a scaffold protein, CUL4A may contribute to catalysis through positioning of thesubstrate and the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme. The E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity of the complexis dependent on the neddylation of the cullin subunit. CUL4A may be involved in ubiquitination of JUN, P53, CDKN1B and HOXA9.
