JMJD7 (N) Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
Rabbit polyclonal to JMJD7.Jumonji domain containing 7 (JMJD7) is a highly conserved protein with a JmjC domain, which is partof the cupin metalloenzyme superfamily. Proteins with JmjC domains may function as 2-oxoglutarate-Fe (II) -dependent dioxygenases. JMJD7 was first thought to be an alternatively spliced isoform ofphospholipase A2, group IVB protein (PLA2G4B) since it is located just upstream of PLA2G4B. Mosttissues express read-through transcripts from JMJD7 into the downstream PLA2G4B, some of whichmay encode fusion proteins combining the two proteins.
