Orpinolide
Orpinolide is a withanolide analog that has anti-leukemia properties. It disrupts the internal balance of the Golgi apparatus, which is related to signaling through inositol 4-phosphate at the interface of the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi membrane[1].
