Applications: ELISA: to detect Human Interferon a 2a by indirect ELISA a dilution of at least 1/500 of this antibody is required. This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents (anti rabbit AP conjugated), allows the detection of 0.2-1 ng /well of human Interferon a 2a. Western Blot: to detect human Interferon a2a by WB analysis this antibody can be used in a dilution of 1/1,000
