CFL1 Antibody
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CFL1. The protein is involved in the translocation of actin-cofilin complex from cytoplasm to nucleus. It controls reversibly actin polymerization and depolymerization in a pH-sensitive manner, and is the key component of intranuclear and cytoplasmic actin rods. Additionally, it is widely distributed intracellular actin-modulating protein that binds and depolymerizes filamentous F-actin.
