Note: The antibody was produced in BALB/c mice. Will recognize FLAG (DYKDDDDK) conjugated at either the amino or carboxy terminus. Can be used bound to various resins for affinity purifications. Titer: By direct ELISA, 1:20,000 dilution will yield >1.0 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories)
