Note: This antibody does not cross reacts with Fab or F (ab') 2 of IgG. Some cross reaction with IgG of other species such as horse and sheep was observed. No cross reaction with human IgA, IgE or IgM. Titer: By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.75 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories)
