IKKε, Human (sf9, GST)

IKKε protein is a serine/threonine kinase that coordinates the inflammatory response to viral infection by activating type I IFN, NF-kappa-B, and STAT signaling pathways. Upon activation of the viral RNA sensor, IKKε binds to DDX3X and phosphorylates IRF3, IRF7, and DDX3X, resulting in IRF3 nuclear translocation.
