L-NBDNJ
L-NBDNJ, a glycomimetic, is an antivirulence agent. L-NBDNJ interferes with the expression of proteins regulating cytoskeleton assembly and organization of the host cell. L-NBDNJ has anti-inflammatory and anti-infective effects in models of cystic fibrosis (CF) lung disease infection[1].
