Applications Notes

Suitable for use in Immunoassay and Western Blot. This antigen preparation should be sonicated with a microtip immediately prior to use to ensure that the preparation is uniform. A precipitate may form upon thawing, due to high product concentration. Dilute prior to clarification or other manipulation. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
