DLL3 Recombinant Protein
Product Specifications
Background
DLL3 (Delta-like protein 3; Delta3) inhibits primary neurogenesis. It plays a role in the formation of somite boundaries during segmentation of the paraxial mesoderm. DLL3 binds and activates Notch-1 or another Notch receptor. Defects in DLL3 are the cause of spondylocostal dysostosis type 1 (SCDO1) .
