FolB-IN-1
FolB-IN-1 (Compound 3e) is an inhibitor of FolB that can suppress the activity of FolB enzyme from Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MtFolB) . FolB-IN-1 exhibits antimycobacterial activity with an MIC value of 40 µg/mL (108 µM) [1].
