MagicTM Mammalian Cell-Free Protein Expression Kit is a cell-free protein synthesis system using human cell extracts to rapidly express and manufacture large amounts of target proteins. This system contains all the required components for protein synthesis (ribosomes, translation initiation/elongation/enhancement factors, tRNA, polymerase, amino acids, ATP etc.) and allows protein synthesis to occur at high efficiency and high yield.
