Rabbit
Clone
Polyclonal
Source
Washed whole erythrocytes were prepared from fresh blood and used for intravenous immunization. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure
Assay Principle
Indirect immunofluorescence,ELISA,Dot blot,Immunoblotting. Haemolytic titre, at which 50% lysis occurs following mixing of equal volumes of antiserum, guinea pig complement (at a 1:60 dilution) and 2% RBC, not less than 1:500 when tested with bovine erythrocytes.
Form
Purified hyperimmune rabbit IgG lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7,2); No preservative added IgG protein concentration 10 mg/mL; No foreign proteins added; Reconstitute the lyophilized antiserum by adding 1 mL sterile distilled water
