ExoIsolation™ Exosome SEC Mini Kit

This product employs an ultrapure chromatography column, utilizing the principles of size exclusion chromatography, to effectuate the segregation of exosomes within plasma/serum or concentrated specimens. The optimal processing volume of the column in this kit is 0.5 mL. It then employs an exosomes concentration column anchored in gel resin chromatography, thereby engendering not only concentration but also an additional tier of purification for the fractions. The exosomes thus extracted, purified, and refined via this innovative kit, subsequently lend themselves to an array of applications encompassing identification methodologies (NTA, TEM, FACS, and Western Blot), protein profiling, RNA extraction and analysis, high-throughput sequencing, in vitro labeling, nuanced modifications, and rigorous cell experimentation.
