In contrast to antigen presentation, MICB proteins serve as stress-induced autoantigens and are recognized by γδ T cells. As a ligand for the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, binding of MICB results in cell lysis. MICB Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived MICB protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.
