Allylestrenol is an orally active synthetic anti-androgen sexualsteroid. Allylestrenol can prevent miscarriage in vivo. Allylestrenol significantly affects testosterone progesterone level in rat model. Allylestrenol can reduce ventral prostate weight in rat model[1][2].
