Ibalizumab (TMB-355) is a humanized anti-CD4 IgG4 monoclonal antibody. Ibalizumab prevents HIV cell entry by binding to CD4 receptor. Ibalizumab can be used for the research of infection, such as HIV-1 infection[1][2].
