Allitinib

Allitinib is a novel anilino-quinazoline compound that inhibits ErbB tyrosine kinases: epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and ErbB2. It inhibits EGFR and ErbB2 with IC₅₀ values of 0.5 nM and 3 nM in cell-free assays. It inhibits the phosphorylation of EGFR and ErbB2 and downstream signaling in human cancer cells. It potently inhibits cell lines expressing high levels of ErbB2 such as Calu-3 lung adenocarcinoma and BT474 breast cancer cells with IC₅₀ values of 0.23 μM and 0.97 μM respectively. It inhibits tumor growth in the SK-OV-3 xenograft model.
