Selpercatinib

Selpercatinib is a RET kinase inhibitor with IC₅₀ values ranging from 1 nM to 4 nM for wild type and mutant RET kinase. It has shown promising results in early phase clinical trials for RET-driven lung tumours with enhanced clinical activity and better tolerability.
