Anti-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Alpha Antibody was prepared from whole goat serum produced by repeated immunizations with Hu Chorionic Gonadotropin Alpha Subunit protein.

This affinity purified antibody is directed against hCG alpha. This product was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. This product reacts with Full Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Alpha chain (α-hCG) .

Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Anti-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) Alpha Antibody has been tested in ELISA and WB. Expect a band at ~14.9kDa for the alpha chain in western blot using appropriate tissues and lysates. ELISA reactivity expected against alpha hCG with an expected titer of ~1:100,000 and full hCG at ~1:50,000 dilution.
