Anti-ERK2 Monoclonal Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid residues near an internal region of ERK2 conjugated to KLH.

This Peroxidase conjugated protein A purified mouse monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with human ERK2. Anti-ERK2 is purified from tissue culture supernatant by protein A purification. Cross reactivity is expected to occur with human, mouse, and rat based on sequence identity of the peptide immunogen. This antibody does not react with the ERK1 isoform.

Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Anti-ERK 2 (MOUSE) HRP conjugated antibody is suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions of reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band of approximately 41 kDa.

Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate. Do NOT add Sodium Azide!. Stabilizer: 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (rAlbumin) - Immunoglobulin and Protease free; Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2
