F (ab') 2 Human IgA (alpha chain) Antibody

This product is supplied in 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25M Sodium Chloride, pH: 7.6. This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption (s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F (c) . Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Store Secondary Antibody at 4° C prior to opening. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.

Suitable for highly specific immunological methods requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F (c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
