Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. This antibody is supplied in 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25M NaCL, pH: 7.6. Anti-Bovine IgG (heavy and light chain) Antibody is peroxidase conjugated and is suitable for immunoassays where specificity to bovine immunoglobulin is desired. Antibody has been tested by ELISA, western blot immunoblot, and immunohistochemistry. Optimal concentrations in immunoassays should be determined by the researcher.
