Purity
Secondary Antibodies are prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption (s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
Form
Lyophilized
Storage Conditions
Store Secondary Antibody Conjugate at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot secondary antibody and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Notes
For research use only.
Applications Notes
Anti-Human IgG (H&L) Fluorescein Conjugated Antibody has been tested by dot blot. Secondary antibodies aid in the detection or sorting of target antigens by binding to the primary antibody. Anti-Human IgG (H&L) Fluorescein antibody is ideal for Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence Microscopy as well as other antibody detection methods where highly cross adsorbed (Pre Adsorbed) methods are required.
