MAP2K1 Antibody (FITC)

Anti-MEK1 Monoclonal Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid residues near the C-terminus conjugated to KLH.

This FITC conjugated protein A purified mouse monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with human MEK1. Anti-MEK1 is purified from tissue culture supernatant by protein A purification. Cross reactivity is expected to occur with human, mouse, and rat based on sequence identity of the peptide immunogen. This antibody does not react with the MEK2 isoform.

Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Anti-MEK 1 FITC Conjugated (MOUSE) Antibody is suitable for use in Western Blotting and ELISA. Specific conditions of reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band of approximately 43.5 kDa.
