This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Dog IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption (s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Dog IgG, Dog IgG F (c) and Dog Serum. No reaction was observed against Dog IgG F (ab) .

Applications Notes
This antibody is specific to the Fc fragment of the Dog IgG. While the antibody's reactivity with specific dog IgG subclasses hasn't been individually tested, IEP results showed a single precipitin arc with dog serum, IgG, and IgG Fc, but no reaction with IgG F (ab') . This suggests the antibody likely reacts with all dog IgG subclasses.
