Applications Notes

Anti Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody Agarose can be used for immunoaffinity chromatography of polyclonal or monoclonal rabbit IgG antibodies. Once bound, non-specific antibodies are removed by copious washing followed by elution of specific antibody at low pH.
