A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG is recommended. Cross-reactivity with IL-17 from other sources has not been determined.

Applications Notes

Il-17A antibody has been tested for use in IHC and western blotting and is suitable in ELISA. By western blot a band approximately ~17.5 kDa in size corresponding to human IL17-A protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
