IHC: 1:500 - 1:2,000, IP: 1:500 - 1:2,000, WB: 1:500 - 1:2,000

Purity

AKT Antibody reacts with the AKT from human tissues. Anti-AKT antibody was purified from monospecific antiserum by Protein A chromatography. Based on sequence we expect this antibody to react as well with rat, mouse, and chicken AKT.

Form

Lyophilized

Storage Conditions

Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Notes

For research use only.

Applications Notes

Biotin Conjugated AKT Antibody is tested for western blotting to detect a single band of the expected apparent molecular weight. This antibody is suitable for immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections), immunofluorescence microscopy using paraformaldehyde-fixed primary cardiomyocyte cultures, immunoprecipitation, transfected cell culture, primary cell culture and ELISA. Researchers should determine optimal titers for applications that are not stated below.
