Recombinant Human Tau (624-756aa, C-6His)

Recombinant Human Microtubule-Associated Protein Tau is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Gln624-Gln756 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.This region of Tau is invariant across species and contains the 3rd and 4th microtubule binding domains found on all Tau isoforms.
