DL-threo-Dihydrosphingosine
DL-threo-Dihydrosphingosine is a extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) signalling cassette inhibitor and is effective against both growth factor- and G-protein-dependent activation of ERK. DL-threo-Dihydrosphingosine inhibits smooth muscle cell proliferation and can be used for study of asthma[1][2].
