Loncastuximab (RB4v1.2) is an anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody. Loncastuximab has antitumor activity and can be used in the research of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) and Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Loncastuximab is capable of synthesizing the ADC molecule Loncastuximab tesirine[2].
