Active in the metabolic activation of hexamethylphosphoramide, N, N-dimethylaniline, 2'-methoxyacetophenone, N-nitrosomethylphenylamine, and the tobacco- specific carcinogen, 4- (methylnitrosamino) -1- (3-pyridyl) -1-butanone. Possesses phenacetin O-deethylation activity.
