Estriol 3-glucuronide sodium salt competitively inhibits the hydrolysis of 4-methylumbelliferyl-β-D-glucuronide (4Mu-GlcU) . Estriol 3-glucuronide sodium salt is a substrate for hydrolysis by Klotho-human IgG1 Fc protein (KLFc) [1].
