Py-MAA-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE can be used to synthesize Zapadcine-3a, which targeting TRAILR2. Zapadcine-3a has broad-spectrum anti-tumor activity, and can specifically kill TRAILR2-positive tumors[1][2][3].
