Elaidyl-sulfamide
Elaidyl-sulfamide (N- (9E) -9-Octadecen-1-ylsulfamide) is a PPARα agonist. Elaidyl-sulfamide reduces body weight gain and food intake and reduces circulating cholesterol levels and increases both glucose and insulin levels. Elaidyl-sulfamide has the potential for the research of complicated obesity[1].
