AF 555 NHS ester

AF 555 NHS ester is a bright, orange-red fluorescence probe. AF 555 NHS ester can be used to label primary amines (R-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. AF 555 exhibits average excitation wavelengths under green laser and red laser of 552 nm and 566 nm, respectively[1][2].
