NT1-014B is a tryptamine-derived lipidoid. NT1-014B incorporates NT-lipidoid into BBB-impermeable lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), enabling the LNPs to cross the BBB. NT1-014B enhances brain delivery via intravenous injection. NT1-014B can be used in ischemic stroke research[1][2].
