Specificity
Thyroxine (T4)<br>MAbs react with conjugate T4-BSA and with free thyroxine in ELISA. Cross-reactivity with triiodothyronine (Sigma T-2752) is less than 0.1%.<br>The reactivity of the MAb XM212 with L-thyroxine is 100 % and with D-thyroxine 30 %.
