RORγ/DHODH-IN-2 exhibits antiviral activity by inhibiting the activity of SARS-CoV-2, HCMV, HAdV5, and MPXV, with IC50 values of 27 nM, 20 nM, 9.1 nM, and 1.8 nM, respectively[1].
